**Notice to competitors: No trainers will NOT be allowed in the backstage area. Only staffed members will be allowed. No tanning products will be allowed inside the theater. Any competitor who brings tanning products inside the theater will risk their participation in this event. JKK, Inc will provide staff for stage preparation.
CAMERAS/VIDEO:
1. No video equipment is allowed in the theater
2. No professional photography is allowed
3. No soliciting of photo, or video services is allowed on the premises
4. No camera bags, or equipment are allowed in the theater
5. Spectators who have purchased a ticket are allowed access to the event with one (1) camera.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO COMPETITORS: Please remember to bring your own bed sheets and towels, as you will be charged additional fees by the Hotel if any of the Hotel linens are stained by your body tanning products.
CHECK-INS & ELIGIBILITY:
Competitor check in will be Friday from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm at Hilton Garden Inn Missoula, MT (3720 N. Reserve Street) for all classes. Check in will close Friday at 7:30 pm. Weigh-ins will close at 7:30 pm. Please bring posing suit as it will be checked at check-in Friday.
This competition is open to all NPC registered athletes who meet the following requirement
1. Possess a current NPC card (unregistered athletes may purchase cards valid thru Dec 31st 2012, during check-in.-$100.00)
2. Men’s Masters, men who have reached 40 years of age by the date of the show.
3. Masters Figure – Women who have reached 35 years of age by the date of the show.
Masters competitors must show proof of age, i.e., driver’s license, birth certificate.
4. Junior competitors must be 20 years of age or younger on the date of the show.
5. No cross-overs between figure division and bikini division are allowed.

AWARDS:
Trophies – First thru Fifth Place in each class & overall champions. Statues presented to the Top 5 in each class. Overall statues are given to divisions with more than one class.
MUSIC:
CD ONLY (no cassettes). Each CD must contain only one song (music mixing allowed) and must bear the contestant's name. Each contestant is responsible for picking up his/her music at the evening show. JKK, Inc will not accept liability for music left behind. All music must be presented 1 week prior to the show. Please mail a copy and properly clearly labeled with competitor name. If music is not presented 1 week prior to the show competitor accepts the risk of the music not functioning properly with the theater's sound system and understands they may have to perform with no music.
IMPORTANT: Your CD may contain NO PROFANITY.
**We reserve the right to substitute house music if your music is not acceptable.**
POSING LIMIT:
For Bodybuilders: there will be no 60 second free posing round at prejudging. Bodybuilders are limited to 60 second posing routine at evening finals. Figure/Bikini competitors go to: www.nationalphysiquecommittee.com and review rules for these classes.
POSING ROUTINES:
Bodybuilders will be allowed up to 60 seconds for their posing routine. Women's Fitness will be allowed up to 2 minutes and will perform posing routine at both pre-judging and night show. Absolutely NO SEXUAL INNUENDOS are permitted in routines or music. This is grounds for disqualification per NPC rules and will be strictly enforced. If you have musical lyrics or routine "moves" that are questionable, please remove them from your routine &/or music. This is a family-oriented event. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

Entry deadline is April 30th, 2012. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! Late entries add $50.00.

In consideration of your acceptance of this entry form and fee, I hereby waive and release all rights and claims for damages against the National Physique Committee of the USA, Inc., JKK, Inc., all sponsors and vendors, employees or assigns by reason of injury or damage, which I incur, and include any injuries or damages suffered and sustained by members of my entourage or individuals associated with or accompanying me while traveling to and from our participating in this competition. I further agree to have my participation in this competition videotaped and photographed and I hereby waive and release all rights to said videotapes and photographs to JKK, Inc. for the exclusive use in the illustration and/or depiction of and concerning the sport of bodybuilding. I agree to abide by all decisions of the designated officials and declare that all the information contained herein is, to the best of my knowledge, true, correct and complete. I have read and understood the contents of this entry blank. I consent and agree that I will comply with all the rules and regulations of Hilton Garden Inn, including any rules or regulations prohibiting cooking or food preparation in the hotel rooms. I further agree that I will indemnify and hold harmless the NPC and the promoter from and against any damages caused by me to Hilton Garden Inn Hotel or damages to a guest room or rooms occupied or registered to me. Finally, I acknowledge that my failure to comply with any rule or regulation of Hilton Garden Inn Hotel or damage to any guest room occupied by or registered to me may result in disciplinary action against me including, but not limited to, suspension as a member of the NPC and/or competing in contest sanctioned by the NPC.
